Established in 1998 by John V Holmes, the business initially traded as North Coast Strata Searches. Before John retired, he trained his capable assistant Lesley Gates in all aspects of Strata Inspections before the business was transferred.
Now known as Holmes Strata Inspection Reports PTY LTD, or simply ‘Holmes,’ the business has built its outstanding reputation as the leading expert of quality strata reports in the region. Qualifications
Lesley Gates has over 30 years’ experience in the legal, strata and property industries.
Originally from Sydney, Lesley worked as a legal research assistant tackling high profile cases, before making the sea change to enjoy a work/life balance. Locally based in Pottsville, Lesley is able to service the North Coast of NSW, ensuring a quick 48 hour report turn-around from time of records inspection.
With an extensive skill set in research, strata, conveyancing, and report writing, Lesley’s focus ensures that purchasers of strata property know all the facts. All Strata Reports and thoroughly researched and prepared by Lesley Gates.
